Kamini Kishore Kumar

Founder & Clinical Director



Kamini is the CEO, and Clinical Director of Yaalu Therapy Center. With over 11 years of dedicated experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she brings a wealth of clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work with children and families. Her journey began with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Madras, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University. She holds certifications as a Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA) with the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABAA) and as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with the BACB. She is also certified at Level 2 in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) by FTF Consulting, and in addition, she is trained and certified in Vagus Mojo, an innovative, body based approach focused on understanding the nervous system and supporting emotional and sensory regulation in autistic individuals. Throughout her career, Kamini has worked across various settings including home-based, school, and center environments supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down syndrome, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Her approach is rooted in respect, collaboration, and neurodiversity affirming practices, ensuring that every child receives personalized, evidence based support tailored to their unique strengths and challenges. As a leader, Kamini is deeply committed to building a team that reflects her core values: compassion, inclusion, and a relentless drive to make a meaningful difference. Her vision for Yaalu Therapy Centre is one where families feel empowered, therapists are inspired, and children are celebrated for exactly who they are.



Alisha – Clinical Supervisor


Alisha is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) with nearly five years of experience in the ABA field. She holds a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University and leads with dedication, guiding families across home, school, and community settings. Alisha brings warmth, energy, and a love for food, fitness, and her furry companion to everything she does.


Senior Therapist & Team Leader

Brianna Scott – Senior Therapist & Team Leader


Brianna is a lead senior therapist with experience in early intervention and a strong background in Psychology and Human Sciences. She is currently completing her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis and is working towards her BCBA/CBA certification. Passionate about communication and skill development, Brianna leads teams with care and purpose while creating empowering learning environments for children and clinicians alike. 



Danielle – Senior Behaviour Therapist


Danielle holds a Bachelor of Psychology and brings over eight years of experience working with children, including four in ABA. She loves being part of a child’s learning journey and finds joy in helping them build life skills. In her free time, you’ll find her at the beach, dancing, or exploring new places.


Trishia - Senior Behaviour Therapist


Trishia has five years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in one on one home, community, and group intervention settings. She's currently completing her Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University and working towards becoming a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA). Trishia is passionate about making a positive impact and outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and discovering new cafes to enjoy. 



Anishka Jeyaraj – Senior Behaviour Therapist


Anishka is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) and senior therapist with over six years of experience in supporting children with special needs. She is currently studying Psychology, Speech, and Hearing Sciences, and specialises in creating personalised behaviour plans and mentoring junior staff. Anishka is also an advocate for inclusive care and enjoys baking, art, and fitness in her spare time.



Lasni Hettiarachchi – Junior Behaviour Therapist


Lasni holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and is completing her Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling. At YTC, she supports children and families using ABA-based strategies, promoting communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing. Her person centred approach is grounded in empathy and respect. In her free time, she enjoys nature walks, good food, and a great movie.



Manasvi Gada – Junior Behaviour Therapist


Manasvi is a Junior Behaviour Therapist with a background in Psychology and over a year of hands on experience. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Western Sydney University. Manasvi supports clients through evidence based strategies focused on early learning and behavioural development. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, art, and living life with balance.



Rhea Srivastava – Administrative Assistant


Rhea is currently pursuing her Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling at Western Sydney University and supports the Yaalu Therapy team as an Administrative Assistant. With a background in Clinical Psychology, she brings empathy, organisation, and a deep passion for child mental health to her role. Rhea is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for families at every step of their journey.
